"The PRO-VITA! Plan," by Dr. Jack Tips:
One of the best books I've found for how to best nourish the body through foods. If you find yourself asking the question, "What should I eat?" read this book!

"The Healing Triad: Your Liver ... Your Lifeline," by Dr. Jack Tips:
I MUST READ for anyone struggling to understand why their health problems keep persisting no matter what they do. Easy to understand, extremely informative. The later chapters give recommendations for specific herbal formulas, which most readers can ignore.

"Conquer Candida and Restore Your Immune System," by Dr. Jack Tips:
Another outstanding book by Dr. Jack Tips. Short and easy to read. When I first read this book I was glued to it like it was a suspense novel! Great stuff!

"Nourishing Traditions," by Sally Fallon:
Great information on WHY traditional foods are best, including why saturated fats are actually GOOD for you, why soy is one of the most detrimental foods for the body, especially in enfant formula, why the vegetarian and raw food diets leave the body poorly nourished and what you can do about it, and much more. The remainder of the book is ALL recipies. One of my top recommended resources for clients!
